Colonel Talen, Ennth Planetary Defense Corps officer in charge of a base that the Operative and Seeker investigate in thier mission to hunt down the source of the Ennth civil war.
I basically drew this guy because I have yet to introduce any more major characters into the story as of yet, and because I like his uniform.
